Mmmm. Pretty good, pretty good indeed, I say. I like the take on incorporating her colours into her clothes, you managed to put every single one from her tail and coat into them. Good idea with the tie housing the cutie mark. She also looks plenty great in it. Love the way you did the patterned cloth of the skirt, the way it curves properly. Also, the way her top thingy folds around her waist. Sweet use of shading on... well, just about everything, from reflecting those folds of the cloth to giving her body volume to making the hair look so absolutely marvelous. Them highlights in the hair, too. I like those puffed-up shoulder parts of the shirt quite a bit, particularly coupled with the more taut and clinging feel it has on her arm itself. And them nails. Love 'em. Oh, and dat pose. It looks like she's dancing or moving similarly to that, in a somewhat reserved but highly pleasant way. My one inconvenience with this picture is the bit with the skin shading and the eyes intermeshing with the bangs. Feels weird, even if it's stylistic. Aside from that, it's done remarkably well. Now excuse me, I need to go and put my face into that lovely hair.
Only just noticed the stars in her eyes. By the way, those are some very beautifully detailed eyes. They feel somehow mystical with that effect the highlights give them. And the smile, and the very slight blush... Nah, I won't be able to stop at that lovely hair alone, no way.
